IT Support Technician
Position Summary: Join our Network Operations team and become a key resource in supporting and maintaining computer systems, software, peripherals, and mobile devices across the organization. The IT Support Technician provides hands-on technical assistance, diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues, and ensures the smooth operation of end-user technology in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.

What you'll do:

• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and peripheral issues to restore system functionality and minimize downtime.
• Partner with team members to swiftly resolve technical problems and escalate advanced issues when necessary.
• Deploy hardware, software, and system upgrades across departments to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage multimedia tools—including projectors, video conferencing systems, and smart whiteboards—for seamless meetings and presentations.
• Optimize corporate software and software management systems to enhance usability and reliability.
• Track support activities, resolutions, and IT assets using the corporate helpdesk platform to maintain accurate records.
• Champion a professional, customer-first IT culture by engaging with internal teams, vendors, and consultants.

What you'll bring:

• Education: Associate’s degree in a computer-related field and 2–4 years of IT support experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Technical Expertise: Skilled in PC configuration, Microsoft Windows, MS Office, SCCM (or similar platforms), and modern enterprise applications.
• Networking Knowledge: Understanding of TCP/IP, Windows Networking, and security best practices.
• Communication: Clear and approachable communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving: Resourceful and analytical thinker with a drive to resolve technical issues effectively and independently.
