MEPPI is pleased to announce the continuation of our Employee Referral Program—an exciting opportunity for current employees to refer qualified candidates for open roles within our Assembly and Warehouse/Inventory teams.

At MEPPI, we believe that great people know great people. Our experience—and industry research—shows that referrals often lead to successful hires who become long-term contributors to our team. That's why we're inviting you to help us grow by recommending individuals who would be a strong fit for these roles.

We currently have openings across multiple shifts, offering flexibility for candidates with a variety of scheduling needs.
