What You Will Do:
- Drive Product Strategy: Lead the strategic direction of the IT Cooling product line, ensuring alignment with market needs and MEPPI’s overall goals.
- Manage P&L: Oversee the financial performance of the product line, ensuring profitability through effective budget management and cost control.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate efforts across sales, operations, engineering, and quality teams to successfully execute product development and market growth strategies.
- Shape Product Lifecycle: Manage the entire lifecycle of IT Cooling products, from conception to market introduction and end-of-life.
- Foster Market Growth: Develop and implement growth strategies, ensuring the IT Cooling line evolves with market demands and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, from sales teams to customers and partners, to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations, managing risks and ensuring product proposals align with company policies and objectives.
- Support Staff Development: Guide and mentor your team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related technical or commercial field with a minimum of 10 years of engineering, sales, and contract negotiation experience and a minimum of 5 years of management experience, equivalent education and experience.
- Strategic Vision & Leadership: Your experience in product management, sales, and contract negotiation will empower you to shape the product line’s success.
- Financial Expertise: Your strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L will drive profitable outcomes and successful budget management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Your ability to work effectively across departments will ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.
- Industry Knowledge & Expertise: A deep understanding of IT Cooling products and industry trends will inform strategic decisions and maintain product relevance in a competitive market.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Your ability to navigate complex challenges and resolve technical or operational issues will be key to product success.
- Cultural Sensitivity & Global Perspective: With experience working in multicultural environments, particularly with Italian and Japanese business cultures, you will bring a unique global perspective to MEPPI.
