MEPPI’s Service Center Division (SCD) is seeking a driven Field Service Supervisor to lead our team of technicians and ensure customers experience world-class service every time. In this role, you’ll balance hands-on leadership with strategic impact—resolving issues, managing key accounts, and empowering your team to excel. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Purpose: Supervise, mentor, and coach field service technicians—helping them grow while ensuring safety, efficiency, and performance goals are met.

  • Own the Schedule: Approve and coordinate service activities, including on-call rotations, to keep customer projects on track without a hitch.

  • Champion Big Initiatives: Drive division-level strategic projects that improve how we deliver service across the business.

  • Be the Customer’s Advocate: Manage the service experience for Key Account customers, providing solutions that strengthen relationships and trust.

  • Solve Problems Fast: Tackle service incidents quickly by partnering with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Innovate the Process: Collaborate to design and refine service procedures, making field work more effective and efficient.

  • Stay on Top of the Numbers: Review reports, track key performance metrics, and deliver clear updates that drive smart decisions.

  • Keep Us Ready to Go: Oversee service inventory, tools, and site requirements so your team always has what they need to succeed.

  • Support Sales Success: Provide input for proposals and recommend service upgrades that benefit customers long-term.

  • Represent the Division: Act as the face of field service in meetings with customers, partners, and project teams.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Experience: Associate’s degree in electrical engineering technology (or related field) preferred, plus 5+ years as a field service technician and 2+ years leading or supervising a team—or equivalent mix of education and experience.

  • Technical Know-How: Strong ability to read technical drawings and bills of material, paired with deep knowledge of service operations.

  • Sharp Problem-Solving: Advanced analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical and operational challenges.

  • People Leadership: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to coach employees and build lasting customer and supplier relationships.

  • Tech-Savvy: Advanced computer skills, with expertise in MS Office and MRP/ERP systems.
