MEPPI's Critical Power Solutions Division (CPSD) is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to spearhead the planning, launch, and marketing of cutting-edge products and services, including both Engineered Solutions and Standard Solutions. This role demands strategic vision, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of market trends to ensure the successful delivery of reliable, innovative power systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will drive product development from concept to market, ensuring that CPSD solutions remain at the forefront of the critical power industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Product Innovation: Lead the charge in identifying, developing, and evolving CPSD products that align with market needs and business goals, partnering closely with MEPPI and TMEIC teams to bring new solutions to life.

  • Stay Market-Savvy: Keep your finger on the pulse through market research, competitive analysis, customer insights, and industry relationships, ensuring we stay ahead of trends and customer expectations.

  • Make the Business Case: Craft compelling business cases for new product and service investments that drive innovation and deliver measurable results.

  • Keep Projects on Track: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, tackle challenges, and resolve any schedule or scope issues, ensuring smooth delivery of product development milestones.

  • Create Compelling Content: Develop standout product, application, and customer case study content that resonates across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.

  • Launch with Impact: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to successfully roll out products, delivering internal training, creating sales tools, launching marketing campaigns, and executing go-to-market strategies that win.

  • Fuel Lead Generation: Partner with the marketing team to design and execute product-focused lead generation campaigns that drive demand and visibility.

  • Optimize Pricing & Configurations: Own and maintain the price book, ensuring product configurations, catalog numbers, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Engage with Customers: Lead customer webinars and present at key industry events, positioning CPSD as a leader in critical power solutions.

  • Support Sales & Engineering: Provide hands-on support to sales and application engineering teams, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to close deals and deliver exceptional service.

  • Track & Tweak Performance: Analyze reports and financials to monitor progress towards sales goals, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as market conditions evolve.

  • Own the Product Lifecycle: Manage products from launch to enhancement, continuously advocating for upgrades, add-ons, and improvements to maximize value and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of proven success in industrial sales and marketing for technical capital goods and services—or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • Skills: Sharp analytical and creative problem-solving skills that drive results and innovation. Advanced expertise in MS Office, CRM platforms, and related technologies.
  • Other Qualifications:
    • Top-tier communication and presentation abilities, allowing you to engage and influence teams, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
    • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to connect and work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
