Coordinate Truck Activity: Direct and communicate with truck drivers during loading and unloading to ensure smooth and safe material handling.

Handle Outbound High-Voltage Equipment: Load gas circuit breakers, associated components, and disassembled parts onto trucks. Prepare and load all related boxes and accessories required for shipment.
Maintain Storage Areas: Organize and maintain designated storage locations for parts associated with gas circuit breaker shipments.
Validate Deliveries: Count and verify received items against supplier packing lists and investigate discrepancies by coordinating with buyers.

Prepare Components for Suppliers: Package auxiliary switches and coordinate pickup for panel suppliers.
Follow Compliance Standards: Adhere to C-TPAT, JSOX, and MSDS procedures; ensure all compliance-related transactions and documentation are completed correctly.
Record All Transactions: Accurately document material movement using required forms and the business system in accordance with company procedures.
Support Material Center Leadership: Assist the Material Center Supervisors with daily operational needs as assigned.
