If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and accountability drive results, this role is for you.
Represent MEPPI as the main point of contact for all matters related to documentation control, issue resolution, schedule updates, scope changes, and claims management.
Drive timely resolution of complex commercial and technical issues while balancing customer expectations and internal objectives.
Arrange and lead customer progress meetings. Prepare and present project schedules, documentation status, financial updates, and overall program health metrics.
Develop and maintain sales forecasts and financial plans. Create and manage invoicing plans aligned with revenue projections.
Build and maintain monthly reporting processes. Prepare, review, and issue formal reports to customers and present project updates to TSD Management.
Manage deliverables from subcontractors and suppliers. Coordinate closely with MELCO and third parties to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
Maintain comprehensive documentation control systems in accordance with contractual requirements. Track correspondence, manage action items, and ensure proper closeout of deliverables.
Track overall project performance through reporting tools, correspondence logs, and progress tracking systems to proactively identify risks.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical/commercial field with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in project coordination or project management—or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced knowledge of project control techniques, procurement processes, documentation management, escalation planning, and structured communication plans.
Strong understanding of project scheduling tools and performance tracking systems.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and implement solutions effectively.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage customers, vendors, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
