Field Project Management Section Manager – Lead, Innovate, and Drive Success

Are you a results-driven leader with expertise in turnkey project management, procurement, and construction oversight? Join MEPPI as a Field Project Management Section Manager, where you'll spearhead critical projects, optimize supply chain performance, and lead a high-performing team to deliver excellence in field operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Oversee Projects – Direct project teams handling contract negotiation, procurement, engineering, scheduling, safety, and quality.
  • Build & Develop Talent – Train and mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and drive career development.
  • Optimize Procurement & Supplier Performance – Enhance pricing, delivery, and contract compliance while maintaining a diverse supplier database.
  • Drive Financial Accuracy & Forecasting – Implement project guidelines, accurate financial reporting, and risk assessment strategies.
  • Innovate & Improve Efficiency – Develop solutions to streamline workflows, scale processes, and optimize manpower planning.
  • Enhance Project Oversight – Lead recurring project review meetings to assess progress, resource allocation, and potential risks.
  • Shape Project Management Best Practices – Define and enforce change management processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent MEPPI with Excellence – Foster positive relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors, and MELCO locations worldwide.

What You Bring:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering with 7+ years of project and field service management (including 3+ years of leadership experience).
  • Expert Project Management Skills: Advanced knowledge of turnkey project execution, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Contract Negotiation Expertise: Strong ability to secure favorable terms, ensure compliance, and drive supplier accountability.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Advanced analytical and decision-making skills to tackle complex challenges.
  • Strong Leadership & Team Motivation: Ability to inspire and guide teams in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Global & Cultural Awareness: Experience working in multicultural settings, particularly with Japanese business culture.
  • Tech-Savvy Approach: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, ERP, and SCM systems.
